Brenda Ann Kenneally

Andy and Tati

  1. Great story. Very worthwhile. The narrative needs to be cleaned up a bit. The ending is abrupt and the character development jumps from him in 6th grade to being 18 which threw me off. Also there seems to be loose ends that left me confused.

  3. I am wondering “so what?” What is the message that the photographer is trying to deliver? What am I meant to come away with, here? Is this a call to action? Is it meant to shock me in some way? Am I meant to write to my congressperson?

Without a clear message, a defining statement, what is the point of this?

  4. Mike, this is only one segment of a larger project that you can see at http://www.therawfile.com that documents the lives of this particular family over a longer period of time.
