		<description>Another thing I learned from my PJ career (back when I was much younger of course and there was not auto metering, no auto focus, no auto anything) was to ask for the agreement in writing. I had a photo editor who had the audacity to die before I turned in the assignment and while the editor was aware of the work, he was not familiar with the payment arrangements.

Fortunately I had done a lot of work for this publication and they paid what had been agreed to.</description>
