Failing to recognize the quality user experience and not insulting the user's intelligence should actually be high on the list of "good for business" strategy...whatever. Isn't it amazing how since this whole internet thing began the constant drumbeat was about content? Getting content, selling content, and since that did not work so well, giving content away. And here they have all the content possible and make it so difficult to enjoy. Yeah, this is crazy.
